Reiki I and Reiki II Courses
'The process of attunement is what sets Reiki apart from every other laying on of hands or touch healing. The attunement is not a treatment, it creates the healer. From this point on, the person who has received the attunement is a Reiki practitioner' -Diane Stein, Essential Reiki
Reiki I Attunement (One Day Course)
In Reiki I you will receive attunements (symbols are placed in your crown, 3rd eye and palms) that will then enable you to channel this wonderful loving Reiki energy through your hands. All you need to do is place your hands on yourself with your loving intention and it can help you…
- centre you when you feel scattered
- energise you when you feel drained
- calm you when you feel afraid
- focus your mind and help you find solutions
- relieve pain
- accelerate healing of wounds/injuries/infections
- improve health, gradually clear up old illnesses
- help release emotional wounds, limiting attitudes, fears and damaging behaviour patterns
- open you to new possibilities and support you in making changes.
The Reiki I one-day course includes practical elements such as self-treatments and treating each other, using your newly acquired Reiki energy. We will also look at treating animals, plants, food and drink and infusing gifts with Reiki energy. We will cover the Reiki principles, as well as rules and regulations and how to prepare a treatment room.
Reiki is a wonderful opportunity for everyone. When used regularly, Reiki can support you and give you the courage to take full responsibility for yourself on every level. It will increase your sense of worth and your ability to love yourself.
Cost for Reiki I course: £90 (including manual and refreshments).
Reiki II Attunement (One Day Course)
During the day you will receive 2 further attunements and will be taught the use of symbols which greatly increase your ability to heal yourself and others. You will have the opportunity to try out your newly aquired abilities and knowledge by treating each other during the course of the day.
What can you do after a Reiki II course?
Use the three symbols you have learned for:
- distant healing
- healing and helping situations in past, present and future
- increasing the power of your treatments on yourself and others
- clearing a space of negative or unwanted energy
- mental and emotional cleansing
Once you have been attuned for a minimum of a year, you can apply for insurance and membership of the UK Reiki Federation
